All those fun summer days filled with sunshine, family activities, and late nights are quickly coming to an end. Often this means getting back into a family routine that helps everyone get the sleep they need and get back on track. Because of the changes over the last few months, this year’s back to school transition may seem a little bit harder. In this program, sleep consultant Jolan Holmes will provides tips on how to help your kids get back on schedule and work through those “back to school” feelings. She’ll look at sleep environment, sleep hygiene, and more.
